It is made of non-stick material, which uses less oil and is gentle on the food. Auto-Thermostat Control lets you control and adjust the temperature at will, while Different Temperatures allows you to cook a large variety of food. The detachable Temperature Controller allows you to set it aside and use the device as an ordinary cooker. The lid is made of tempered glass, which is more durable and resistant to breakage.
